- Regularly negotiated, reviewed, advised and drafted Supply Agreement, Services Agreement amongst other day to day operational legal services;
- Actively represented a Telecommunication/Interconnection Company in a suit involving breach of equipment Supply Agreement and Software/Hardware upgrade Agreement;
- Undertook representation of a Telecommunication/Interconnection Company before an arbitration tribunal over a billing dispute arising from Services Agreement for voice call termination services for local inbound calls. The dispute was eventually settled in our favour and a Consent Award entered in that regard;
- Advised a Shipping Agency on issues relating to compliance with the Data Protection Regulations in Nigeria.
