Our Relevant Experience
- Successfully Represented a Nigerian Independent Exploration and Production Company in a Suit and arbitration relating to interest in an Oil Prospecting License which was later converted to an Oil Mining Lease;
- Successfully represented a Nigerian Energy Company at the Federal High Court, Lagos on a Suit challenging a London Arbitration Award worth about =N=500,000,000.00 (Five Hundred Million Naira Only) relating to a breach of Trademark License Agreement of a Multinational Energy Company;
- Played active role in the successful prosecution of a breach of drilling contract suit worth about USD50M involving a Nigerian Oil Serving Company and an IOC Operator;
- Successfully represented Shipping & Logistic Company in a Suit at the Lagos State High Court relating to metal commodity trading and supply dispute;
- Acted for the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) on an action arising from the Total Egina Deepwater Drilling Project worth about US$3b;
- Reviewed, negotiated, advised on and documented Oil & Gas transactions such as EPC contract, Technical Service Agreement, Deed of Assignment, Joint Operating Agreement, Production Sharing Contract, Heads of Agreement amongst others.
